**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
He/She involved in the following activities:

- Create awareness and promote the Volunteer Programme.
- Working on preparing all the communication materials needed to promote the programme externally
- Able to write, edit and revise content as newsletters, articles, communication kit and all related communication materials.
- Support the Volunteer Programme Communication and Engagement Strategy implementation in collaboration with the Communication department.
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders involved in the promotion of the Volunteer Programme, preparing necessary toolkits for a correct messaging on the project.
- Developing effective and meaningful engagement activities for Volunteers with commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Support for the delivery of workforce system contents and communication templates for Volunteers through the journey.
- Support in the creation of Workforce related communication templates.

**Requirements**:

- Humanistic Degree
- 3+ years of proven experience in communication and engagement; excellent writing skills in both Italian and English.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Great skills in creative thinking and content production
- Proficient Italian both spoken and written
- Proficient English both spoken and written any further language is a plus.
- English mother Tonge will be considered a plus
- Excellent skills in MS Office and Adobe

Communication & Engagement, Copywriting Previous experiences as volunteers in events will be considered a plus
