**Collocazione**: ufficio commerciale, seguendo la realizzazione dei progetti autorizzati

**Cosa non deve mancare**: Esperienza in ruoli di vendita in aziende che operano su commessa in ambito elettrico, impiantistico, energetico

**Posizione**:
**DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI?**

La figura entrerà a far parte dell'ufficio commerciale con le seguenti mansioni:

- Sviluppare nuovi contatti/opportunità in accordo alla strategia commerciale;
- Fungere da punto di contatto principale con i clienti;
- Costruire e rafforzare relazioni con visite cliente regolari per sviluppare partnership a lungo termine;
- Gestione, monitoraggio e aggiornamento CRM aziendale (schede clienti, opportunità);
- Gestione dell’opportunità cliente, identificandone le necessità e supportando i team interni nella valorizzazione dei punti di forza della proposta commerciale;
- Discussione commerciale dei contratti;
- Collaborazione con team interni nella negoziazione contratti/gestione contrattuale/gare/qualifiche;
- Incontrarsi regolarmente con la Direzione per discutere dei progressi e trovare nuovi modi per migliorare il business.

**Requisiti**:
**COSA RICHIEDIAMO**:
Competenze e qualifiche richieste
- Esperienza di almeno 1 anno maturata in ruoli di vendita o account commerciale in aziende che operano su commessa in ambito elettrico, impiantistico, energetico
- Aver maturato esperienza in gare pubbliche costituirà titolo preferenziale
- Ottime capacità scritte e verbali, capacità comunicative
- Ottime capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli
- Utilizzo di pacchetto Microsoft 365 (tra cui Power Point, Word, Excel e Outlook)
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese
- Gradita conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera (spagnolo, tedesco, francese).
- Disponibilità a Trasferte Italia ed estero

- RAL: 35-40k €, a seconda dell'esperienza;
