We are seeking an experienced and visionary **GenAI Specialist** to lead our data-driven decision-making processes. This role requires someone with a balance of analytical skills, strategic foresight, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. The GenAI Specialist will be instrumental in designing and implementing data strategies that enhance business growth, optimize operations, and foster an inclusive environment of innovation.

- Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to lead with compassion and clarity, fostering a supportive team environment that values collaboration and diverse perspectives
- Proven track record and experience with wa, Gemma, Mixtral etco Closed source LLMs such as Open AI GPT, Azure Open AI, Claude, Gemini etco Prompt Engineering/Tuning, RAG, RAFT, LLM finetuning such as PEFT(LoRA, QLoRA..)
- Expertise with the following scripting languages: Python, R, Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch
- Strong experience in Generative Models GANs, VAEs, Transformers
- Knowledge of NLP algorithms that can handle various NLP tasks such as intent recognition, entity extraction, language modeling, text classification, question answering, text summarization, topic modeling and so on.

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
