**YOUR ROLE**

Key Responsibilities
- Product development & qualification: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new power products, ensuring they meet market demands and high
- quality standards, and to support the qualification and implementation of product material/flow changes, optimization and site to site transfer.
- Testing Program Management: Define, implement, and oversee testing programs, including debugging and transitioning products to production.
- Electrical Characterization: Conduct thorough electrical characterization of power devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Yield Analysis & Enhancement: Track and analyze yield data, pinpointing opportunities for improvement and formulating plans to elevate product yield rates.
- Customer and Plant Support: Provide technical support and expertise to production plants and customers, including potential business trips for on-site assistance

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor physics and power transistor structures and proficiency in circuit analysis.
- Experience with power transistor characterization and power device test methods.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with semiconductor assembly/testing production processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
