We want you to develop your skills, expand your knowledge and be proud of your work. **Descrizione Dipartimento/Team e delle principali attività**: La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team Marketing Operations & Network e, riportando al Product Manager Commercial, affiancherà entrambe le due figure di Product Management per i prodotti Commercial (truck, agricoltura, movimento terra) e Consumer (auto e moto) nello svolgimento di attività di gestione di prodotto ed analisi dei dati. Nello specifico la risorsa potrà contribuire sulle seguenti attività. - Attività di marketing di prodotto: supportare la creazione dei materiali di prodotto, delle presentazioni di prodotto (traducendo dall’italiano all’inglese ed adattando i contenuti al Paese) ed elle relative comunicazioni (interne ed esterne), contribuire alla creazione dei listini prezzo. - Analisi di prodotto: supportare la creazione di una reportistica periodica e strutturata relativa alle vendite di Bridgestone per prodotto/brand/disegno/misure, all’equipaggiamento OE (Original Equipment), all’approccio sulle flotte. - Analisi del mercato: analizzare in modo strutturato le informazioni sui trend di mercato, sull’offerta di mercato in termini di prodotto/soluzioni per le flotte e creare una reportistica periodica; verificare la competitività del line up Bridgestone. - Ricerche di mercato: analizzare e riassumere i dati provenienti da ricerche di mercato esterne per favorire la comprensione del mercato **Requisiti**: - Laurea in Marketing e/o Economia / Management e/o Ingegneria Gestionale - Lingue: inglese fluente (sia scritto che parlato) - IT: Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint a livello avanzato - Caratteristiche personali: precisione, maturità e senso di responsabilità, forte capacità analitica, flessibilità, pro-attività, capacità di gestione del tempo.
