The Role

We’re currently looking for a Technical Team Manager to join our software house in Pisa who’ll be in charge of running and implementing operational processes, ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will be the direct point of contact with the customers and you will actively contribute to the understanding of customers’ needs and the implementation of the solutions required. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to identify new features and streamline internal processes based on user feedback and operational efficiency.

Supporting the CTO and senior management in day-to-day operations.

Proposing developments to improve clients' experience and making the company’s processes more efficient

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and Italian
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams. (5/6+)
- Knowledge with AI and machine learning techniques.
- Experience with deploying AI models in production environments.
- Familiarity with Data Engineering practices
- Technical background and knowledge of modern data stack
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
