**Posizione**:
We are looking for a results-oriented ERP specialist to develop the ERP infrastructure supporting the business and corporate processes according to our Integrated Management System You will be collaborating with senior managers to design and optimize the business processes in parallel with the relevant ERP solutions.

To ensure success as an ERP specialist, you should exhibit extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, understanding of business processes and the ability to resolve integration issues. An outstanding ERP specialist will be someone whose expertise translates into streamlined business processes and highly efficient human resources management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
- Assist Finance and Operational departments in various projects to improve productivity of business processes and to train and instruct users with respect to their specific day-to-day problems, execute corrective action when necessary.
- Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities.
- Write and maintain documents related to security design, implementation and practices. Record and print solutions to end users as necessary.
- Analyzing existing infrastructure and performing system enhancements. Ensure ERP system meets business requirements and goals and fulfils user requirements.
- Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes.

**Requisiti**:
**ERP Specialist Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience as an ERP specialist in industry or a consultancy.
- A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
