**Your Responsabilities**
- The Tender Specialist will be responsible for handling all activities linked to public tenders, including:
- Monitoring public and private tender opportunities;
- Managing and monitoring e-procurement platforms (e.g., MEPA, Sintel, START, etc.);
- Preparing and submitting administrative, technical and economical documentation for tender participation;
- Preparing and shipping product samples required for tender participation;
- Coordinating with internal departments (Sales, Logistics etc.) to collect required documentation;
- Managing tender documentation filing and archiving;
- Handling contract and signature processes following tender awards;
- Entering and updating customer master data in the SAP system, including price management;
- Requesting and managing tenders and performance bonds (fideiussioni), including deadline tracking and release requests;
- Interfacing with external legal counsel;
- Supporting post-award activities, including follow-up documentation;
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines and tender requirements.
- Requirements- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare sector;
- Familiarity with major e-procurement platforms (e.g., MEPA, Sintel, START);
- Good knowledge of SAP, particularly in master data is a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken;
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines;
- Familiarity with the legal and administrative aspects of public tenders is considered a plus.
