Sella Fiduciaria SpA, società fiduciaria e family office del Gruppo Sella attiva dal 1975 e specializzata in servizi dedicati alla tutela e alla trasmissione del patrimonio per private clients, istituzionali e corporate.
Sella Fiduciaria SpA è alla ricerca di una figura Junior che si occuperà delle principali mansioni di:
- Compilazione della modulistica preliminare all’apertura di rapporti di trust (privacy, 231, AML, etc) e modulistica relativa all’apertura dei rapporti bancari da parte dei trust (Mifid, contrattualistica, etc);- Gestione dell’anagráfica dei titolari effettivi;- Cura degli adempimenti legati all’assunzione degli incarichi di trustee (quali, a titolo esemplificativo, la richiesta di attribuzione/variazione del codice fiscale all’Agenzia delle Entrate e l’apertura di conti correnti/depositi titoli)- Gestione dei beni conferiti in trust, con particolare riferimento agli immobili in trust (assicurazione, contratti di locazione, monitoraggio adempimenti, etc);- Predisposizione di documentazione per la rendicontazione (consistenza dei fondi amministrati);- Tenuta del libro degli eventi;- Supporto alla rete commerciale per sviluppo clientela.
Competenze richieste:
- Laurea in materie giuridiche o economiche- Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo in Società di Trust o aver conseguito un Master in trust o strumenti di passaggio generazionale sarà considerata un plus- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Power Point)- Proattività e problem solving- Buone capacità organizzative e rispetto delle deadline- Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team- Attitudine commerciale e buone doti relazionali
Modalità di lavoro: ibrida presenza física a Milano o Torino e in parte smart working
