HR Development Specialist

**HR Dev Specialist**:
sets the framework for helping developing and maintaining a superior workforce so that the organization and its individual employees can accomplish their work goals successfully. This role is a key contributor for HR areas such as:
Employee Development and Performance management

Succession planning and Organizational development

Learning planning and coordination

Selection and Recruitment

is an ambassador for the learning and development principles of the company (Vetropack as Learning Organization); actively contributing to the vision of Employer of Choice by attracting, developing and retaining the best employees.

implements training, recruiting and development projects, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the processes

implements the group HR policies and processes in the business

is the key user on location for any existing HR development tools, such as: Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors Recruitment), Social Platforms (LinkedIn), Learning Management System (Litmos)

**Qualifications**:
University Degree, 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, fluency in english
