Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Support the operations related to planning and dissemination of traditional and digital campaigns across marketing team
- Ensure and collaborate on the appropriate approval workflow of promotional and not promotional material
Ensure continuous improvement in the deployment of selected marketing operation processes with specific follow-ups and information sharing within BU Prescription Sales and Marketing Team

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics and/or Marketing. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Previous experience in Marketing would be an asset
- Interest in Pharma Business
- Digital mindset
- Good knowledge of Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Positive, curious, proactive, keen and willing approach
- Preferably possess following skills: accuracy; analytics; planning and organization; result orientation; problem solving
- Strong relationship and communication cross-functional capabilities
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English and Italian is required
