- Supporting entire F&B Area and Commercial Team in new openings of Prada Caffè in Asian Market and be the reference manager, as point of touch, for all operational activities.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Follow E2E the planned new Prada Caffè openings in APAC (2 in Shanghai and 1 in Singapore; many more potential);
- Support in concept definition;
- Support in defining the F&B menu;
- Support in defining equipment, small equipment, layout, uniforms, collaterals and crockery;
- Support in obtaining licences, permits from the relevant authorities;
- Support in defining business model (direct vs. indirect);
- Support in identifying staff, recruiting and onboarding according to business model;
- Support in budgeting (e.g. payback period, capex, staffing, rent, food costs);
- Expense monitoring and delta analysis vs. budget;
- Coordination with Prada fashion where relevant (e.g. café in PdV fashion, uniform if within a larger space);
- Reporting to Food Brand Manager
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Previous experience required as Operations manager at Italian concept chains in APAC- Travel required c. 50% in APAC- Italian / English mandatory, third language a plus- Good team working skills
