Predisposizione ordini e contratti di acquisto sulla base delle indicazioni del Resp. Ufficio Acquisti;
Inserimento di Richieste di Acquisto nel gestionale aziendale;
Apprendere le politiche e le procedure aziendali in materie di acquisti;
Verifica e aggiornamento della reportistica dell'Ufficio Acquisti

Redazione e invio degli Stati di Avanzamento Lavori ai subappaltatori;
Interfaccia con l'Ufficio Amministrazione per l'eventuale verifica di ordini/contratti/SAL;
Junior Procurement Specialist - Milano Sud|Azienda settore industriale

Diploma di laurea;
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo;
Buona conoscenza degli applicativi gestionali;
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
Buone capacità di problem solving e predisposizione a lavorare in team;
Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di STRVision.
