FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

Le risorse saranno inserite in un contesto dinamico e giovanile ove attraverso debita formazione, della durata di 6 mesi, verranno istruiti per diventare Assistant Manager.

**Nello specifico la risorsa si occuperà di**:

- Gestire il business del locale;
- Gestire le turnistiche dei dipendenti;
- Garantire la formazione a tutti i dipendenti;
- Gestire i rapporti con clienti e fornitori esterni;
- Attività operative.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza pregressa nel settore ristorativo, anche in ruoli operativi quale cameriere, barista, cuoco e altri ruoli inerenti al settore;
- Forte passione per il settore;
- Preferibile dimestichezza con l’utilizzo del PC;

**Tipologia di contratto**:
Inizialmente a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, in somministrazione, con possibilità di assunzione diretta da parte dell’azienda.

**Orario lavorativo**:
full time, 40 ore su turni spezzati, con due giorni di riposo settimanali a rotazione.

**Sede di lavoro**:
Mestre (VE).
