For our amazing Tale Hotel, we are looking for a

**Sous Chef (m/w/d)**

On the outskirts of the world-famous medieval town of Montepulciano, surrounded by unspoilt nature, Poggio Alla Sala Tale is a luxurious oasis of calm filled with memories of a rich past.

Your tasks:

- In direct cooperation with the chef, you are responsible for all Processes in the kitchen
- You support him in the management of the employees as well as in the care of our Trainees
- The operative cooperation and control of the individual dishes
- Creation of duty rosters and vacation plans
- Compliance with the specified standards and hygiene regulations
- Execution of the monthly inventory
- Ordering and proper storage of all food and raw materials
