**Position**:
Amazing opportunity to join the Louis Vuitton Retail Learning Team in our Head office in Milan, discovering a unique Maison in the Luxury industry.

The intern will support the Country Learning Manager on a variety of learning activities related to the Italian network of our stores.

If you are a passionate person, motivated to take on a six months learning path to progressively develop your skills and knowledge and to become a top learning junior professional, this experience is made for you

**Job responsibilities**:
**Your mission will be**:

- **Support the whole Learning Team**:support the creation of training materials and e-learning contents, assist in the planning and coordination of training programs, help managing the learning management system(LMS), including user registration, course tracking and KPIs monitoring.
- **Internal Communication**:be the main point of contact in managing internal communications related to Learning topics and proactively develop new communication initiatives.
- **Back Office Activities**:support the organization of trainings (contact with suppliers, delegates registrations, logistic aspects) and the development of in-house training programs. Assist in collecting and analysing feedback from training sessions to improve future programs.
- **Administrative tasks**:Provide administrative support, scheduling sessions, preparing reports and maintaining records.
- **Transversal projects**:delivery of learning topics and special projects.

**Profile**:
**Your assets to succeed**:

- Bachelor's degree in humanities/economics - Master in HR will be considered a plus
- Previous internship experience in HR/retail would be appreciated
- Fluent English and Italian
- Passion for HR and strong interest in Retail
- Enthusiastic, diplomatic, active listener, hard-working, flexible
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks, without losing the eye for details
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Power point, excel, word) and familiarity with e-learning tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, with strong team spirit as well
- Problem solving and “can-do” attitude
- Proactive and innovative mindset (you will have space to take initiatives)
