The primary responsibility of the Associate VAT Specialist is to work with the Team Supervisor/Senior Specialist to provide assistance on the VAT compliance to an assigned portfolio of clients. S/he is responsible for individual goals and helping to meet the wider departmental goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparation and submission of VAT accomplishments (Quarterly and yearly VAT Returns) and F24 tax forms
- Ensure that appropriate responses and actions are taken with respect to request of information from the Public Administrations
- Solid understanding and experience regarding electronic invoicing obigations
- Dealing with a variety of assignments including participating in meetings to start building trusted relationship with our clients
- Perform chargeable client work
- Supports more Junior colleagues in technical questions

**About you**
- Good knowledge of VAT legislation
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and technical skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to handle issues, excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage a number of different clients;
- A proactive, self-motivated team player who has the ability to manage a high personal workload with multiple deadlines and continually strive for improvements in quality and efficiency
- 3 years experiences in similar Organizations
- Knowledge of Profis System is considered a plus
