Data Strategy, Data Governance

**Task**
- Definition of customer's Data Strategy, i.e. how data can be exploited to be a lever that enables business objectives
- Measuring the customer's maturity in data management and governance practices, through the provision of Data Management Maturity Assessment
- Design of the operating model target of the customer's Data Governance, which contemplates the organizational, process, and technological aspects, as well as the privacy and security requirements, which ensure trust and accountability in the management of data throughout their life cycle
- Change Management and support for clients with the introduction of the new target operating model of Data Governance
- Management of innovation workshops, action learning, and training events to educate clients on new work practices
- Innovation of services in the Data Insights & Organization area in the Data Strategy, Data Governance and Data Management fields ( including Data Quality, Master Data and Metadata Management, Business Intelligence, Data Security, and Data Anonymization)
- Publication of articles, white papers, and research in the field of Data Strategy & Governance

**Skills**
- Good knowledge of Data Governance (e.g. DAMA)
- Good knowledge of standards, policies, and processes in the areas of Data Quality, Business Intelligence, Master Data Management
- Knowledge of the main Data Governance and Data Management software platforms
- Experience in the management of project team
- Preferable CDMP certification or similar
- Good knowledge of English
- Proactive mindset and fast learning attitude
- Ability to organize and work in a team
- Focus on effectively presenting the results of your work
- Orientation to work by objectives

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Scientific disciplines
- 6/8 years of experience in the design and implementation of processes and organizational models
- Availability to travel to clients' sites (nationally and internationally)
