FRI-EL GREEN POWER S.P.A. is a leading company in the production of electricity generated from renewable sources, particularly from wind and solar energy.

The Group’s main activities are primarily focused on the development, design, and construction of plants powered by renewable sources, as well as the production and sale of the generated electricity. The Group is also active in the real estate and transportation sectors.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a **Legal Secretary (M/F/d)** to join our office in Bolzano - city center.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Managing corporate books;
- Calling shareholder meetings and board meetings;
- Drafting meeting records and various corporate documents (e.g., records/agenda);
- Managing relationships and communication with the Chamber of Commerce and relevant authorities;
- General secretarial duties (drafting/translating documents, filing, maintaining corporate books, correspondence/mailing, organizing meetings);
- Drafting and managing anti-mafia, anti-money laundering declarations, etc.;
- Providing legal support in contract management;
- General support in tax and corporate compliance, also in collaboration with various departments.
- Preferably a degree in law or a related field;
- Preferably prior experience in similar roles;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities;
- Strong relational skills, flexibility, professional standing, problem-solving abilities, and discretion;
- Attitude for organization, precision in document preparation, and care in filing;
- Good skills in using MS-Office;
- Excellent command of Italian, good knowledge of English and preferably German.
