**Internship IS Functional Analyst**:

In this position, you will provide technical and business process/data advise to support ongoing operations and/or new software development through their expertise on systems, procedures, and emerging technologies.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Gather the requirements and challenges from stakeholders (inside or outside the team), understand and analyze them well and propose solutions to address them proactively.
- Use your deep knowledge to create or help with the suitable technical blueprint that forms the project’s technical basis.
- Assess the viability of a solution, how it can be implemented, and how it interacts with existing systems to improve the project or product’s cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise the development of the product and verify the functionality of the final product to ensure it meets the required standards.
- Work with colleagues from different backgrounds (business, technical) and cultures around the world to create the best possible experience for our users.

**Your background**:

- Technical diploma in IT filed or similar.
- Passion and interest in software knowledge would be considered a plus.
- Experience or knowledge in agile frameworks would be considered a plus.
- Very good knowledge in Italian and English language, both written and oral (at least B2 level).
- Other languages would be considered a plus, such as German and Polish.
- Autonomy in the management of the activities, team-working skills, curiosity and flexibility complete the profile.
