Asegurar que el personal trabaje como equipo. Inspeccionar el aseo personal y la vestimenta del personal y rectificar cualquier deficiencia. Comunicarse con los huéspedes, con otros empleados o con los departamentos a fin de satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes. Atender y tratar de cumplir con cualquier preparativo especial para el banquete del evento. Organizar la sala o área del banquete asegurando la limpieza y la instalación adecuada del mobiliario y de los equipos. Inspeccionar y mantener la organización de las mesas a fin de respetar la limpieza, el orden y ver que se encuentren de acuerdo con los requisitos del grupo y los estándares de la compañía y resolver cualquier problema. Documentar la información pertinente en los registros apropiados del departamento. Asistir a la gerencia en la contratación, capacitación, programación, evaluación, asesoramiento, disciplina, motivación y entrenamiento de los empleados. Cultivar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demás y apoyar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comunes.
