Primary Responsibilities:
- Delivers training programs and support the integration of new joiners, and more experienced consultants (mostly Core level) at the Company in Italy & Turkey.
- Acts as a point of entry and partner for our core level employees to support them in their development, through adequate support, ensuring a proper follow-up on the On-Boarding learning programs as well as on the completion of the activities that will help them embed Group's behaviors and competencies.
- Collaborate/work closely with our team of administrator to ensure proper tracking of the learning journey progress of the consultants.
- Proactively ensures that consultants are signed-up to the next steps in their learning
- Coordinate / support our new-joiners' meetings and ensures smooth roll-out of local
- Support the Senior TDBP Italy in answering our Boards of Directors with ad-hoc requests and on various projects based on the needs (training creation, on-demand training delivery, administrative follow-up, training of more experienced people if trainer's experience allows).
- Is responsible for Trainings Funding process in close collaboration with our external partner

**Requirements**:
- Strong growth mindset and passion for Talent Development Activities
- Degree in Business Psychology (preferred)/ Sociology/ or economics related field
- 2/3 years + of experience as a consultant or in a related sales-oriented environment, or 2 years as a trainer or HR consultant / HR specialist
- Excellent command of Italian and English both spoken and written (C1). Turkish language would be a
- Good general digital and It skills ( Power point, Outlook and XLS a must have)
- High time management and planning skills
- Very good public speaking skills, Influencing and Commerciality skills
- Proactive, empathetic and open to different points of view
- Willing to travel occasionally
- Subject matter expert on several HR & Talent topics
