Per nota realtà del settore GDO, selezioniamo un/una:
**Integration Project Manager**

La risorsa si occuperà di sviluppare e seguire ampi progetti di integrazione processi tra le società del gruppo.

Attività:

- Disegno e sviluppo dei percorsi di integrazione tra le varie funzioni e le varie società
- Supervisione e verifica delle implementazioni per il raggiungimento dei KPI di progetto
- Identificazione e sviluppo di aree di miglioramento nei processi e nei metodi di lavoro sviluppando soluzioni innovative che aumentino l’efficienza operativa dell’azienda
- Coordinamento di lanci e/o nuove aree di business in linea con le priorità strategiche.

Requisiti:

- Laurea in Economia/Ingegneria Gestionale o esperienza equivalente
- Almeno 3-4 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, maturata preferibilmente in contesti sfidanti e strutturati in società di Consulenza Strategica e/o Manageriale
- Spiccate capacità analitiche e di ragionamento
- Propensione al dialogo e alla collaborazione con i vari stakeholder di progetto
- Problem solving
