Our R&D department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic product. Within the Customer Service team, the intern will support operational activities related to the management of a customer portfolio, both Italian and international. The resource will have the opportunity to interact daily with customers and colleagues from different departments, developing cross-functional skills and an integrated vision of the order-to-cash process. **Main activities** - Entering customer orders into the management systems and updating delivery/forecast plans, both manually and via EDI flows. - Daily communication with Italian and international customers regarding availability, timelines, and delivery methods. - Timely updating of the order portfolio and monitoring of changes. - Active collaboration with internal departments involved in the process (Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Shipping). - Support in updating prices within the order portfolio. **Qualifications** - Educational background in economics, management, languages, or related fields. - Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken). - Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). - Teamwork attitude, strong communication skills, and customer orientation. - Accuracy, proactivity, and ability to manage priorities. **Additional Information** Bosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
