Our mission is to reconnect people in nature, merging the emotional power of physical gatherings with the flexibility of remote teams and virtual communities. **What We're Looking For** We are seeking a Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Turin-based team. The role involves a mix of remote work and weekly in-person meetings at a coworking space. If you are a self-starter, capable of working independently and making your own decisions, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** - **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with potential clients. - **Sales Calls and Meetings**: Book and conduct sales calls and meetings to understand client requirements and create project estimations/offers. - **KPI Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights and feedback. - **Strategic Thinking**: Identify new Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and target groups, suggesting innovative strategies to gain leads. - **Interdepartmental Communication**: Maintain constant communication with other departments within Campfire Company to ensure alignment and collaboration. **Qualifications** - **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Management, Communication, or a related field is preferred. - **Experience**: Minimum 1-year experience in a relevant field such as digital marketing. - **Language Skills**: Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
