Inside Sales Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Customer Quotation Management (review customer expectations, align with account managers and production plants, prepare pricing and handle the quoting process within CRM incl. follow up);
- Sample and tooling order management (handling of all sample and tool orders in alignment with the relevant production plants incl. invoicing process);
- Handling of customer specific prices in SAP (maintain customer specific prices in SAP and manage price increases in alignment with account managers);
- Customer master data management;
- Support on customer contracts (terms and conditions, commercial/logistics/price agreements, support customer planning process i. e. regular update of annual forecasts and contracts);
- Handling of customer specific requirements;
- Commercial handling of customer debit/credit notes.
**Qualifications**:
- University / bachelor degree (Business, Sales, Technical related);
- Former experience in commercial field (Customer Service or Inside Sales preferred);
- Fluent in English and German;
- Excellent PC related skills including Microsoft Office Suite (preferred EXCEL, Outlook), ERP (SAP);
- Customer Orientation;
- Organizational skills, details-oriented and prioritization attitude;
- Positive approach and ability to build strong partnerships between internal and external organizations;
- Problem solving attitude;
- Ability to work in structured team;
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
