Production Planning Specialist
Il ruolo
**In particolare**:
- Recepisce le richieste del mercato tramite coordinamento con la Pianificazione Centrale (pre-SOP e piano settimanale);
- Imposta/ottimizza i piani di produzione su base settimanale e giornaliera coordinando la programmazione delle linee di produzione e nel rispetto del periodo di congelato;
- Controlla disponibilità/fattibilità kit e accessori qualora siano gestiti da contisti.
- Nel lancio di nuovi progetti, assicura e garantisce i rapporti tra la pianificazione centrale/R&D/ufficio acquisti per il lancio dei nuovi prodotti coordinando l’arrivo dei nuovi materiali da parte dei fornitori e gestendo/minimizzando l’obsolescenza di materie prime.
- Migliora le condizioni logistiche interne (asservimento linee, sistemi di call-off, kanban, 5S e 5T, etc ), portando avanti progetti di continuous improvement ed utilizzando strumenti di lean production
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o affini
- Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni in Pianificazione in aziende con contesto strutturato e conoscenza della metodologia di Lean Manufacturing e di processi logistici;
- Conoscenze in ambito pianificazione e programmazione (schedulazione) della produzione
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (Livello B2)

Offerta contrattuale
Assunzione a tempo indeterminato direttamente con l’Azienda e package retributivo commisurato all’esperienza maturata.
