**Warranty and Parts Return Specialist**

The Warranty and Parts Return Specialist is responsible for providing additional assistance in warranty cases that require a deeper investigation with factories, Product Performance and Technical Service teams to harmonize the communication flow and ensure a fast return of parts from the field in order to facilitate a quick hand over to the Factory team (Engineering/Quality/Production) and supplier. The incumbent plays a key role during these phases: field campaign, development process, release to market, follow up on the execution.

The incumbent will collect information on warranty, status and cost, providing close collaboration to Product Support team and reliable data for PPR creation, monitoring the product health.

The Warranty and Parts Return Specialist will be part of the NPI (New Product Implementation) extended team, providing information for the deliverable needed in the AMPIP Process (AGCO Product Development Process).
- Strong familiarity with internal and external customer population and their needs
- Knowledge of Customer support digital tools
- Familiarity with Dealership business practices relating to product support
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support environment
- Expertise in the use of a web-based system and contact management system
- Accomplished communication capabilities (spoken and written)
- Dealership experience (sales, parts, or service) - not required, but is beneficial
- Experience with mobile equipment (such as agricultural, construction or forestry equipment; on/off-road trucks; or, automobiles) is a plus
