- Designers, Human Factor experts_, and _engineers _work side by side to achieve the most suitable interaction with a technological solution - either visual, physical, vocal, or gestural.

In doing that, we can count on consolidated expertise in interaction and visual design, ergonomics, and human factors, as well as on SW, FW, and HW development for HMI.

**Posizione**:
Are you passionate about innovation in the automotive industry? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our UX Researcher position in the field of vehicles. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to conduct user research, analyze design requirements, and contribute to developing innovative solutions to enhance user experience with vehicles.
- User Research and Requirement Analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and translate them into design requirements for electric vehicles.
- Prototype and Model Creation: Utilize tools like Figma to create interactive prototypes and design models based on user research findings.
- Competitive Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking activities to evaluate user experiences of electric vehicles against competitors, analyzing strengths and weaknesses.
- User Testing: Coordinate and conduct user testing sessions, gathering feedback and data to identify issues and improvement opportunities in the user experience.

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Psychology, Interaction Design or related field.
- Knowledge of UX design principles and user research methodologies.
- Ability to create prototypes using tools like Figma, Figjam.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and present results clearly and persuasively.
- Passion for innovation in the automotive industry and interest in emerging technologies.
