**Marketing Executive / Manager - Milan Office**:
Westcon-Comstor is looking for a **highly organised Marketing Executive / Manager** to support the execution of marketing activities across vendor and reseller channels. This is a **hands-on, operational role** focused on administration, coordination, and delivery - not strategy or management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate suppliers and third-party agencies to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of marketing activities.
- Manage **MDF (Market Development Funds)** spend and reporting to vendors.
- Maintain accurate CRM marketing lists and ensure data integrity.
- Support customer interactions around events and coordinate logistics and marketing support.
- Assist in planning and executing internal, partner, and industry events.
- Execute marketing campaigns in line with Westcon brand guidelines and best practices.
- Produce and coordinate marketing communications and presentation materials.
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Collaborate with the Central Marketing team to support broader initiatives.
- Track budgets, timelines, and ROI metrics to ensure marketing activities are delivered on time and within budget.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in **B2B marketing**, ideally within the tech or distribution sector.
- Strong **administrative and organisational skills**.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- A proactive, execution-focused mindset - someone who thrives on getting things done.

**Location & Work Model**:

- Based in our **Milan office (Agrate Brianza)**.
- Hybrid working**:3 days in-office, 2 days remote**.
