Per prestigiosa azienda cliente con sede a Firenze ricerchiamo la seguente figura:
**FACILITIES SPECIALIST**

**Posizione**:
La risorsa, riportando al Facilities Manager, avrà il compito di assicurare il corretto svolgimento dei servizi relativi alla gestione operativa, manutenzione e sviluppo delle facilities.

Nello specifico si occuperà di:

- Garantire la manutenzione dei beni immobili di proprietà e/o in locazione, coordinando l’esecuzione degli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria delle strutture dell'azienda
- Curare la conformità degli impianti attraverso controlli periodici, garantendo il rispetto delle previsioni in materia antinfortunistica, di prevenzione e igiene del lavoro
- Curare le diverse fasi degli appalti dei lavori, dalla redazione dei capitolati alla raccolta ed analisi dei preventivi, nonché la verifica dei requisiti delle ditte e la raccolta della relativa documentazione
- Supportare l’RSPP e l’ASPP al fine di garantire la sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro, il rispetto della procedura appalti e la corretta raccolta dei documenti e del DUVRI, nonché la verifica e il controllo delle applicazioni delle prescrizioni
- Garantire l'appilicazione della normativa Sicurezza ed Ambiente,
- Supporto, coordinamento e supervisione di attività di progettazione dei cantieri e relative autorizzazioni
- Gestire le richieste di acquisto per le aree di competenza
- Proporre implementazione di progetti di miglioramentoin ambito sicurezza definendo e coordinando gli aspetti tecnici ed esecutivi Partecipazione alla predisposizione di report e analisi specifiche per il Responsabile Facilities

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria /Architettura
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office

La risorsa ideale presenta spiccate capacità comunicative e interpersonali, con un forte orientamento agli obiettivi; capacità decisionali, determinazione e problem solving.
