Responsabilità

Svolgimento di studi ADME in vitro per i progetti di Discovery e Early Development.

Principali attività
- Messa a punto di metodi bioanalitici per studi ADME in vitro;
- Pianificazione e svolgimento di studi di metabolismo in vitro (Clint in epatociti e microsomi, stabilità metabolica in S9 e plasma, ecc.);
- Pianificazione e svolgimento/supervisione di studi di interazione ed induzione CYP450 in vitro;
- Pianificazione e svolgimento/supervisione di studi di interazione con i principali trasportatori dei farmaci;
- Reaction phenotyping per enzimi responsabili del metabolismo;
- Redazione di reportistica relativa alle analisi svolte;
- Studi di biodistribuzone.

Titolo di studio

Laurea in discipline scientifiche (CTF, Farmacia, Biologia, Biotecnologie o affini).

Esperienza richiesta

Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in un Laboratorio di Metabolismo in vitro (in un contesto accademico o in un’azienda dell'industria farmaceutica).

Lingue

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Competenze Tecniche
- Strumentazione: HPLC-MS/MS, lettore di micropiastre, PCR, microscopio ottico e a fluorescenza;
- Tecniche di colture cellulari;
- Modelli ADME in vitro;
- Utilizzo di software per l’elaborazione dei risultati.
