Umana Spa, ricerca un Customer Service Specialist Italy per un'importante azienda operante nel settore biomedicale situata a Fidenza (PR). La mansione consiste:
- Supportare telefonicamente qualsiasi richiesta da parte del cliente, del sales team e del country manager. Rispondere alle esigenze del cliente e cercare di essere il punto di riferimento per la risoluzione dei problemi. Controllare periodicamente la casella di posta elettronica. Promuovere i prodotti dell’azienda, consigliando al meglio il cliente.
- Inserimento degli ordini in SAP e gestione dei tempi di evasione per assicurarsi che il tutto venga gestito al meglio
- Creazione e mantenimento periodico di report al fine di dimostrare lo stato dell’ordine e l’andamento del mercato attraverso statistiche.
- Aggiornamento dei processi e delle procedure relative alla posizione
- Raggiungimento dei goal legati alla produttività e alla qualità del lavoro svolto.
- Contatto con altri dipartimenti con fine comune di soddisfare le esigenze del cliente.
- Essere costantemente coinvolto nei processi di miglioramento dell’azienda.
- Occasionalmente, prenotare e/o partecipare a sales meetings e convegni durante il fine settimana.
- Viaggiare comporterebbe un periodo di assenza da casa.
- Completare altre responsabilità se assegnate.
Requisiti:
- Licenzia media superiore/laurea o simili.
- Esperienza nel settore Customer Service/Gestione degli ordini di minimo 1-3 anni.
- Gestione delle chiamate in entrata consiste in un valore aggiuntivo.
- Ottima conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua italiana ed inglese con corretto uso della grammatica, ortografia e struttura della frase.
- Conoscenze linguistiche addizionali richieste (1. Francese, 2. Spagnolo) in base al cliente supportato.
- Ottima conoscenza organizzative e di gestione del lavoro.
- Ottime conoscenze del PC: MS Word (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Conoscenza di SAP R/3 o ERP sono fortemente graditi.
- Capacità di gestire diversi processi ed attenzione ai dettagli.
- Buone capacità analitiche e di risoluzione dei problemi.
- Flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in gruppo.
Si offre contratto a tempo determinato con scopo assunzione.
La retribuzione è parametrata al profilo.
