**BAR MANAGER**

Le responsabilità affidate al **Bar Manager**, che riporterà direttamente al **Restaurant Manager**, saranno:

- Ruolo operativo per quanto riguarda il servizio di bevande e cocktails.
- Gestire tutti gli aspetti legati all'attività operative del bar presente nel locale.
- Confrontarsi con i Manager circa la policy del bar ed eventuali disservizi verso i clienti.
- Comunicare e cooperare con gli altri manager per assicurare l'esatto coordinamento delle attività dei componenti dello staff.
- Partecipare alla selezione del personale bar.
- Contribuire ad assegnare i compiti al personale e determinare i turni del area Bar.
- Osservare e monitorare le performance dei subordinati per assicurarne l'efficienza e l'aderenza alle regole e alle procedure previste dagli standard aziendali.
- Controllare la pulizia e l'ordine del bar e degli spazi aperti al cliente.

**REQUISITI**
- Precedente esperienza nel ruolo.
- Ampia conoscenza delle bevande alcoliche e analcoliche.
- Conoscenza delle normative locali e statali relative al servizio bevande alcoliche e alla conformità al codice sanitario.
- Competenza nella gestione delle risorse e nel controllo dell'inventario.
- Orientamento al servizio clienti.
- Solide doti organizzative e abilità nella gestione di un team di lavoro
- Conoscenza delle norme sulla salute e la sicurezza alimentare e di sicurezza in generale (HACCP).
- Gentilezza, cordialità e savoir-faire.
- Resistenza allo stress e orientamento al risultato.
- TGradita buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

**ULTERIORI INFORMAZIONI**
- Luogo di Lavoro: uno dei tre locali siti nella zona centrale di Milano.
- Orario di lavoro: Turni sei giorni su sette con un giorno di risposo a rotazione con disponibilità che dovrà essere data in base agli orari di apertura del locale 09:00-24:00.

**OFFERTA**
- Contratto iniziale della durata di 1 anno.
- Inserimento al LV 3 CCNL TURISMO E PUBBLICI ESERCIZI (1500-1600 euro netti al mese).
