**SUSTAINABILITY SPECIALIST**:
Siamo alla ricerca di un/una SUSTAINABILITY SPECIALIST, che si occuperà di: supportare il Sustainability Manager nel rafforzare e porre al centro della cultura aziendale la sostenibilità, diffondendo valori e principi ESG ad ogni livello nelle decisioni operative del business; supportare le attività per raggiungere la compliance con le direttive europee in ambito di sostenibilità.
**PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’**:
Supportare le attività di definizione dell’analisi di doppia materialità per l’organizzazione e la stesura di un Sustainability Report;
Supportare nelle attività di raccolta dei dati rilevanti per gli aspetti di sostenibilità, gestendo apposite piattaforme software;
Fornire esperienza e conoscenza in materia di sostenibilità (ESG) ai vari Dipartimenti;
Supportare le attività per la definizione di una Sustainability Strategy completa di obiettivi, politiche e piani di azione, in merito ai diversi ambiti della sostenibilità (quali ad esempio aspetti ambientali, sociali, diversity, e diritti umani);
Supportare le attività di coordinamento dei gruppi di lavoro creati per la gestione e il miglioramento dei vari aspetti di sostenibilità identificati nella Sustainability Strategy;
Supportare e portare idee nuove nei progetti di comunicazione aziendale sulla sostenibilità, nei progetti di coinvolgimento di tutti gli stakeholder (interni ed esterni) e nei progetti per guidare le performance ESG aziendali;
Supportare le attività legate alla continua comunicazione e riporto ai comitati aziendali;
Supportare le attività legate alle richieste dei clienti in termini di aspettative, richieste dati e target di sostenibilità;
Supportare le attività legate al raggiungimento della compliance con le direttive europee applicabili (CSRD, CS3D, Tassonomia Europea).
**REQUISITI**:
Laurea specialistica in ambito di sostenibilità;
Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nell’ambito della sostenibilità;
Conoscenza degli standard europei di rendicontazione di sostenibilità;
Conoscenza delle metodologie di redazione del non-financial reporting, incluse attività come analisi di doppia materialità, peers benchmarking, stakeholder engagement activities;
Competenze analitiche dei dati di sostenibilità e capacità di definizione e analisi dei KPIs;
Profonda comprensione ed esperienza pratica degli elementi core della Sostenibilità, quali ad esempio: carbon footprint, aspetti di impatto ambientale, diversity and inclusion, aspetti legati ai diritti umani, Tassonomia Europea e analisi di rischio ESG;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
