The Night Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. He/She will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate financial records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing hotel operations during the night shift.
- Managing financial activities of the resort during the night shift.
- Personnel management during the night shift.
- Recording check-ins and check-outs of guests.
- Providing high-quality customer service at all times.
- Ensuring the security of the resort.
- Collaborating with other departments to maintain efficient workflow.
- Handling guest issues professionally and promptly.

**Job Requirements**:

- Previous experience in similar roles within luxury hotel and resort environments.
- Proficiency in hotel management computer systems and financial control procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve problems effectively.
- Flexibility to work night hours and weekends.
