Indirect Buyer

In order to strengthen our Purchasing Team we are looking for an Indirect Buyer, based in Maranello (Italy).

In this position your mission will be to manage supplier contracts, orders and services tender focusing on Marketing & Commercial Activities.

You will be responsible of:

- perform requests for quotation;
- negotiations and technical reviews;
- prepare and present sourcing recommendations to obtain sourcing approval;
- supplier development & performance management (KPI).

You will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and suppliers to dispute resolution and claims management; you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement actions and developing new commodity strategy.

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in in the areas of Industrial Engineering, Business or related field, and you have at least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing.
Ideally, you have gained experience in other Automotive Companies or in high-tech, innovative or engineering sectors.
In Ferrari, you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically and demonstrating strong communication and negotiations skills (such as the ability to listen and understand supplier cost drivers).

Fluent English is required for the position.
