Eurosearch Consultants, the first Italian company operating in Executive Search services, is searching for an Italian Portfolio Company of an Independent Investment Group, an:
**Investment Associate**

**Posizione**:
**Main purpose of the role**:

- Work closely with the Managing Director in the structuring, execution and monitoring of investment transactions.
- Business valuation and financial structure of transactions, including preparation of business plans, financial analysis and financial modelling.
- Preparation of investor reporting (e.g. information memorandum, periodic reports).
- Balance sheet analysis and preparation of financial statements.
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment opportunities.
- Management of the due diligence process on target companies with appointed advisors.
- Screening of new investment opportunities and market analysis.
- Monitoring the performance of portfolio investments and interactions with the management of portfolio investments.
- Structuring of company and asset acquisitions.

**Requisiti**:
**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in economics, engineering or other scientific-technological disciplines.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience specifically in renewable energy or infrastructure, acquired at investment funds or in advisory positions.
- Analytical and quantitative skills; strong attention to detail.
- Ability to bring innovative methodology and strong determination to achieve objectives.
- Experience in financial modelling, specifically in project finance models; VBA knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
