**YOUR MISSION**
Join us as a Partner Operations Intern and become a key member of Glovo's Italy operations team We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.
**THE JOURNEY**
- Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards.
- Deep-dive on business metrics, in order to explore areas of opportunity and enable data-driven decision-making, based on applied statistics and probability techniques..
- Support recurrent processes within the team, enabling the adjustment of tools to business needs.
- Continuously explore and refine key operational metrics gaining a comprehensive understanding of Glovo's KPIs
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE**
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or any related field.
- Expertise with Excel / Google Sheets is a must.
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Looker, Tableau or Qlikview is a plus.
- Professional English
- Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impact.
- Comfortable in tracking/reporting on KPIs.
