**Cosa farai**: Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i team di marketing, comunicazione, design e sviluppo, seguendo **l’intero ciclo di vita del prodotto**, dal concept creativo alla progettazione técnica del packaging, fino alla definizione del pricing.

**Sede**: Modena (ibrido o full on-site)

**Contratto**: tempo determinato con scopo assunzione

**Chi cerchiamo**:

- 3-5 anni di esperienza in ruolo simile (giocattolo, FMCG, design consumer, packaging)
- Conoscenza di Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Capacità progettuale anche técnica su materiali, fustelle e stampa
- Competenze nel costruire il pricing di prodotto
- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese
- Gradita esperienza con software 3D (Cinema 4D, Blender, KeyShot etc.)

**Nice Srl is looking for a Product & Packaging Designer**

At Nice, every product is a journey between imagination, design, and growth. We're looking for a hybrid profile, with strong visual sensitivity and technical skills, to join our product development team.

**Location**: Modena, Italy (hybrid or full on-site)

**Contract**: Fixed-term with a view to permanent employment

**What you’ll do**: You’ll work closely with the marketing, communication, design, and development teams, managing the **entire product lifecycle**, from creative concept to technical packaging design, including pricing definition.

**What we’re looking for**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (toys, FMCG, retail, consumer design)
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Strong skills in packaging structure, materials, and die-cuts
- Ability to contribute to product pricing during development
- Good command of English
- Bonus: experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, KeyShot etc.)
