**Role Purpose**: As a digital marketing specialist your main role will be to assist the digital marketing team in all phases of a digital campaign funnel, from planning to evaluation, learn, have fun and gain experience during the journey.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Supporting the digital marketing team in daily activities (budget control and campaign check delivery)
- Managing SEA and RTB campaigns (Google Ads, SA360, DV360)
- Analysing and Reporting campaigns and making weekly and monthly presentations

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Curious with a growth mindset
- Passion for digital marketing and content Production
- Numerical and analytical approach
- Communicative and collaborative

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Marketing or Communication studies
- Good knowledge of Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)

- Willing to work in an international context
- Ability to challenge the status quo
- Mandatory Fluent English
- Experience abroad is a plus
- An internship experience is a plus

**When & Where**:
Duration of Program: 6 months internship with the possibility - if feedbacks are positive - to be included in 24 months dedicated program.
Location: Milan (Hybrid)

**Step 2: Phone interview**. If aligned with our requirements, you will be contacted by our Recruiting team for a brief phone interview to get to know you better, understand your motivation and deepen our opportunities.

**Step 3: Online assessment**. If your background and experience match the requirements, you will be invited to participate in our online assessment. This allows us to assess if you are the right fit for the Vodafone culture. Online assessment stage is in English.
