To take our **product** to the next level of impact, we are currently looking for a **Principal Product Manager to lead one of our cross-functional retention squads**. This position offers an opportunity to drive significant change in the mental health landscape.

**AS PRINCIPAL PRODUCT MANAGER YOU WILL**:

- Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical part of UnoBravo, balancing customer needs and business value
- With your Engineering and Design counterparts lead your squad in delivering incremental and impactful change to the product
- Work closely with and influence senior stakeholders, always advocating for impact
- Regularly interact with our customers and develop a deep empathy for them
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies and our competitors
- Mentor and inspire other Product Managers at UnoBravo, and with our Chief Product Officer help build our PM community

️**YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in cross-functional teams
- Experience working in product-led companies
- A proven track record of making an impact through data-driven experimentation, and trialing big bets
- Experience of defining a bold, long-term product vision, and of leading a team in executing on this vision
- Strong product sense: you’re confident guiding your team even when faced with ambiguity or change
- The proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
- A results driven mentality - you set ambitious impact-focused goals for your team and are not satisfied unless you achieve them
- A keen ability to balance user needs with business priorities. You love spending time with, and advocating for customers, and always look for opportunities to meet their needs alongside growing the business.
- A humble and growth-oriented mindset, with a desire to continuously learn
- English fluency
