Business Analyst

Nice is looking for a Business Analyst (maternity leave replacement) for the business unit Nice Italy based at Oderzo. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Nice Italy, he/she is the sales communicational person and connector between the management and the sales force about policies, strategies, activities and actions. **Main activities**: - Analyzing results, setting up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas and general guidance as well as proposing enhancements on the efficiency of sales departments for goals realization; - Supporting the development and design of incentive program structures and coordinating the evaluation of current programs, recommending improvements where necessary; - Identifying performance gaps and recommending solutions to the sales team driving consistency across markets, and facilitating communication with written summary, analysis and presentations; - Supporting budgets process and business reviews, collaborating with the General Manager and organizing periodic sales meetings to share results and develop activities; - Coordinating the CRM activities for the BU following HQs’ guideline. **Skills requested**: - Bachelor’s degree, or 2-3 years related experience and/or training; - Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; - Advanced knowledge of Excel (lookups, pivot tables, etc.); - Experience with Business Intelligence software (Qlikview, BO, etc.) and CRM is preferred; - Fluent in English. < back
