SumUp's POS is a team of over 250 people in Paris, Milan, Barcelona, Berlin and London who are working hard to go as far as possible and become the European leader in our market.This tribe plays a key role in adding to SumUp's mission tailored solutions to any business to continue empowering small merchants all over the world.
As Head of Hardware & supply chain for the POS tribe, you'll be a key contributor to the tribe's overall success. You'll take full ownership of the supply process for all hardware in all current but also future markets. You'll be the high level point of contact for all other leaders. Your mission will be to make sure we have the resources to grow and achieve our ambitious plan, while helping the launch of new markets & countries.
**What you'll do**
- Take over the daily logistics process in France Spain and Italy
- Implement a new team organization across the entire tribe
- Understand the team operations in all countries
- Align processes across main entities
- Working on the strategic vision & implementation for the logistics & supply chain process across all countries
- Plan and participate to supply chain projects
- Management the POS logistics team
- Closely work with the Finance team and partners
**You'll be great for this role if**
- Previous experience (at least 3 years) in both supply chain and logistics
- Fluent in English and French
- Experience in international & multicultural companies
- Experience in implementing logistics & supply chain flows in new markets & countries
- Experience in project management
- 1 year experience in management
- Strong negotiation skills
