We are looking for a Valuer to join Italian Valuation Advisory department based in Milan. This business line provides its professional services across Italy and benefits from being an integrated part of a Pan-European Group, which ensures high-quality services and excellent geographic coverage also across Europe, and which means for you an international environment for your professional growth. What these jobs involve We operate in the real estate Valuation Advisory sector providing clients with core professional valuation advisory services characterized by upper graded specialization. Our integrated "Custom-made" professional advisory services are rooted in a profound understanding of those factors which contribute to determine the market value of the real estate assets. Our services are aimed at a wide variety of clients including Institutional Property Investors (Real Estate Funds, Property Companies and Corporate Organizations), Private Individuals, Freeholders and Owner-occupiers, Property Developers & Promoters, Banks and Insurance Companies, Public Institutions, including Institutions and Companies for whom Real Estate is not a core business. **Property types**: Land plots; Development projects (under-planning or ongoing);Existing Buildings and/or building portions **Sectors**: Offices; Industrial & Logistics; High Street Retail & Retail Parks, Shopping Centres; Residential; Specialised Properties (e.g. Harbours and Marinas) Joining the Valuation Advisory team as a Valuer would mean being responsible for producing and delivering valuation client reports, assuring unrivalled client service and quality. You may have either an economic or a technical educational background. RICS certification would be a plus You should ideally come from consulting /corporate companies preferably with an international/European focus as well as local, and have 2/3 years experience in real estate valuation and related activities. You are familiar with a wide range of real estate types (locations, uses, investment grades) You have excellent financial analysis skills (capable to work on DCF models), report writing skills and a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
