Program Manager - Energie Rinnovabili

Responsabilità:

- Sovraintendere l’Execution dei progetti, dalla fase post aggiudicazione fino al handover finale al cliente (PAC e FAC);
- Coordinare tutte le attività dei Project Manager, assicurando che i progetti siano completati nei tempi e nei costi previsti;
- Gestire le attività operative in materia di allocazione risorse, budgeting, scheduling e risk management;
- Definire la strategia del programma e delle azioni da intraprendere, curando l’interfaccia con il committente, i subappaltatori, i fornitori e i soggetti terzi, su argomenti di carattere contrattuale;
- Gestire la contrattualistica EPC;
- Sovraintendere alla preparazione, presentazione e negoziazione delle varianti contrattuali e dei claims;
- Controllare lo stato di avanzamento lavori con follow up regolari con i PM, nonché con le altre aree funzionali aziendali;
- Identificare i rischi potenziali (sul piano aziendale/di programma/di progetto) e apportare eventuali aggiustamenti o correzioni.

Requisiti:

- Diploma tecnico o laurea in Ingegneria;
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel settore Energie Rinnovabili;
- Esperienza nella gestione di commesse in campo fotovoltaico e conoscenza approfondita del mercato di riferimento.
