**Descrizione del lavoro**
Cosa farai nel tuo ruolo?

All’interno del dipartimento Support e in affiancamento al Tutor, la nuova risorsa entrerà a far parte del team di Visibility e si occuperà di:

- Supportare i clienti nell'implementazione dei tool di visibilità MioDottore
- Mantenere alta la qualità del database attraverso attività sistematiche di controllo e di aggiornamento
- Gestire le attività di supporto al dipartimento Operations

**Qualifiche** Requirements & Skills richieste**:

- Sei preciso/a ed accurato/a, presti la massima attenzione alla qualità del lavoro svolto
- Hai spirito di iniziativa, sei organizzato/a e hai un'attitudine al problem solving
- Lavori bene in team
- Buona padronanza di Excel e dei numeri
- Sai utilizzare i principali tools informatici (suite Google e CMS)
- Hai una buona padronanza della lingua inglese, sia scritta sia parlata

**Informazioni aggiuntive**
La Laurea in materie economiche/marketing è considerata titolo preferenziale
