**About the role**

We are a Web2App business and for the last 2 years we have been constantly testing various funnels. The company is growing, that's why we are looking for an experienced Growth Product Manager in with a background with the Web Subscription Experiments mechanics to join our team.

In this role, you will be working closely with the Managing Director. You will have the opportunity for financial growth, understanding that your input results in the overall company success.

Please note that for this role, your employment status will be as a Full-time independent contractor or self-employed.

**What you'll do**
- Mainly this role is about to be in charge of constantly improving the funnel purchase conversions
- Putting together an a/b testing roadmap for the existing web funnels
- Building a process of ongoing testing
- Working together with the dev and data team
- Writing status reports
- Come up with new funnels for wide and narrow audiences

**About you**
- 3+ years of work experience as a Growth Product Manager or close related position
- Background in a Web2App company that also has a Digital Subscription product
- Proven track record and success cases of experiments
- Knowledge and prior experience of Web Subscription Experiments mechanics
- Fluent (not less than Advanced level) English is a must
- Deep knowledge and proven work experience with all of the new techniques and ideas main players of the web2app market
- Be in charge of the web funnel a/b testing roadmap
- Be creative and suggest ideas
- Come up with new funnels for wide and narrow audiences

**Nice to have**
- Experience with Mobile growth testing
