FP&A Manager

- What you will do
- This individual will be leading the FP&A Department and will be spear-heading the Company’s financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. S/he will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, and other projects requested by senior management. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making. The position reports to the FP&A, Cash Flow and Finance Trasformation Director.
- Responsabilities:

- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators
- Monitor performance indicators (including FX), highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance
- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools
- Ad-Hoc Business Performance Reporting and Analysis
- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
- Prepare presentations to Senior Management Team
- What you need to succeed
- Minimum of 8 years experience, having held positions of increasing scope and responsibility, with already at least 3/5 years experience in the role
- In-depth proficiency in aspects of accounting and finance is required
- In depth knowledge of Business Intelligence, Planning and ERP systems (SAP preferred) is required, with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated by facilitation, collaboration and conflict resolution
- S/he has to demonstrate results-driven, problem-solving and inquisitive approach, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Experience in high-growth, multi-national organization is a plus.
