Our luxurious 5-star golf resort is seeking a passionate and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to oversee our breakfast service. As the Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a delightful and memorable breakfast experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the breakfast service, including setup, service, and cleaning
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Manage and train breakfast staff
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Develop and implement breakfast menus and specials
- Manage food and beverage costs
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passion for food and beverage
- Fluent in at least two foreign languages
